DURA Dry Pulley Type Automatic Wire Drawing Machine OTO Type
LW Series Dry Type Wire Drawing Machine
Applications
This pulley or OTO type wire drawing machine is ideal for drawing steel wire materials including high-, medium-, and low-carbon steel, as well as copper, aluminum, and alloy materials. These machines are widely used in nail, screw, and rivet manufacturing facilities.
Machine Structure
The equipment consists of a main reduction box, die casing, wheel frame, wire brace, and electrical control system. The spinning drawing blocks are driven by JZT or Y series motors, with gear coupling running changeful gears to reduce speed. The drawing blocks are vertically fixed in a sealed box body with gear pairs lubricated with oil.
To reduce residual heat on the block surface, a cooling device is installed in the inter-wall of the block.
Operation Features
The machine operates with crawl or linkage functionality. A safety halt gear is installed at the operation block position for enhanced operational safety.
